No Shoes? No socks? No problem! In fact, shoes off please. The movements are done on the YAH Place Mat. Designed to help ground you and nail the movement, the mat is like stepping on a twister board. The numbers fired up the body/brain connection allowing for immediate feedback at your foot-tips. YAH weighted wrist/ankle bracelets, YAH resistance loops and heavy weights ensure your muscles are challenged and keeps your metabolism revving post sweat session.
